The point is any status effect that can hit will do something. Stop fails? Use Sleep. Sleep fails? Use Morph. Morph fails? Use Toad. Toad fails? Just cast death.

Pretty sure Dmc 3 Dante can kill goku. Just has to catch goku off guard.

Dante just needs to slow down time w/ quicksilver + fully charged artemis shot aimed at goku's heart = dead goku.

Personas tend to work on deeper, often subconscious levels, so assuming we're in his head, then yes. Many physically OP characters aren't protected from psychic types of effects.
