Yes, only when I was younger though, 18-early 20s. Never had a bad experience, but it's not worth it once your career advances further than entry-level. If I had been working a job I even remotely cared about at the time, I wouldn't have let anything happen with coworkers.

Technically yes, since I worked with my ex for a bit, back when we were still dating. But we were already dating before we became coworkers, so I don't know if that really counts.

This so hard. I get that a lot of people meet at work, but I just would but be very very careful. Especially as a dude when approaching female coworkers. Always have good intentions and never be a creep.
But most of all, be professional and discreet about a work relationship, and have a strategy if things go south/doesn't work. We all know this.

I don't recommend dating anyone in your department unless one person leaves..Otherwise dating someone in another department is much better, if you have to date someone at work.

People talk.. And your reputation can be ruined..Especially if you try to go with multiple people.
