Been doing pretty good. Co-worker is a personal trainer so he has been giving me a routine. Basically 4 days out of the week I can only have low calorie high water based fruits and vegetables. It was tough the first week and the second week was a little easier and the third week wasn't so bad. I didn't check my starting weight but my after week 1 weight was like 258, I dropped down to 142 by the end of week 3, the rest of the 4 days I eat whatever. Which this week I learned the hardway.... Stay the fuck away from pizza. Because I had two pizzas over the 4 days and I gained it all back.....well, technically I'm at 253 but fuck man.... Pizza is the devil....
Add protein, just fruits and veggies will make you sick. Try chicken.
