I just picked this up from a discord group that I'm in (which is typically an idol group discord with a general discussion). Pretty insulting that you'd accuse me of that stuff since you don't even know who I am. Seeing that comment about the shooting is pretty much the most fucked up thing I've seen about this issue, which is why I posted it.

I apologize for thinking you were fully informed of what you were posting as opposed to mindlessly parroting right wing propaganda like a trained pet.

There is no excuse for praising school shootings, there is no excuse for saying communists aren't human. Y'know, the very kind of mindset that has to take hold for a person to do a school shooting in the first place; very dangerous when so many on the Right falsely call everyone from Obama to Jews to LGBT people "communists." Yet for your professed Both Siderism, you only saw fit to voice disgust in one of those.

I ain't delving into the "muh woke" shit, I'm just going to look at what does SBI say they are on their own site? A 3rd party team to punch up the writing in certain areas, make it better. Alright, fair enough, let's see some stuff they got on their resume.

-Suicide Squad, an aggressively unfunny game, are credited with the unfunny banter in the squad and the audio tapes that would have actually made the game make more sense if they were absent
-Goodbye Volcano High, an absolute nothingburger of a game with a pretty bad plot and a shit ending which they are credited with the narrative on their site
-Gotham Knights, pretty bad in the writing department here also, not sure to what extent they were involved since it just says in the credits but rough writing all around
-Spiderman 2 and God of War Ragnarok, which while not bad, are both downgrades from the prior installments in terms of the main narrative which they are credited for touching up on their site

So I'm just going off these examples I have experience with, but these do not seem like a particularly good team of writers. So I feel perfectly justified if I avoid them in the same manner as if I would avoid an EA game or an Ubisoft game, it's a brand that just doesn't inspire confidence.

I hope devs end up seeing that and not view it under the lens of "gamers hate inclusivity."
