Let's look at the average Millennials budget wasted per month:

• Phone Plan - 15 dollars
• Internet - 40 dollars
• Donations / Gifts given to women you are simping - 2000 dollars
• Streaming services - 30 dollars
• Video Game Micro-transactions - 1000 dollars
• Avocado Toast - 20 dollars
• Collectable anime figures - 500 dollars
• Health Club Membership - 50 dollars

Why you wasting so much moneys? You could be owning a large pile of wood nailed together right now.

I live in a high crime rate area and still home sellers are pricing their shitty brick ranch homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for $250K.

I'm alone. Single. I don't make much. About 65K. And I'm 37. Haven't saved much thanks to getting a late start. I don't believe I'll be able to get a house in my life time if things keep trending the way they have been.

I'm lucky my Mother managed to pay this house off. I'm privileged to live here and pay the meager bills that need to be paid that she can't thanks to being sick. It's a better deal than handing that money off to a landlord who will probably use it to buy a new house and pay that mortgage with the money.

there's only a small window after the age of 20-40 before it becomes harder to get a house.

takes 25-30 years for a mortgage to become freed by the bonds of the bank chain (if lucky to become chosen by the lender at the rates they want).

It's fine. I think I'll end up inheriting my mother's house. It's not much better than a manufactured home, but at least it is something. I just have to wait until she and my step father passes. Which, with them close to 60, could be another 20 years. Better days are only 20 years on the horizon.

going to be paying 120$ soon enough.

have to think of a plan and maybe go without internet for a month so i can get a better deal.
will approach that in a few months since republican's hate handouts to help low income people.

I saw a headline the other day along the lines of "Save money by skipping breakfast". Was like, or we could save on all our meals by eating the rich along with the idiots who carry water for them.
