It's a better deal than handing that money off to a landlord who will probably use it to buy a new house and pay that mortgage with the money there's only a small window after the age of 20-40 before it becomes harder to get a house. takes 25-30 years for a mortgage to become freed by the bonds of the bank chain (if lucky to become chosen by the lender at the rates they want). --- done with fall guys until the next fame pass currently playing: the legend of heroes: trails to azure (ps4) ...
