Right? I read about that not too long ago which is another reason why I kinda like this route I started taking.

Evenings are my main shower. But I also rinse the hair and clean the vitals in the morning

Yeah, that's my logic. It's also more convenient for my schedule.

Same here. The thought of going to bed dirty is disgusting.

Mornings after my workout

oh and I usually take a bath

I do a light shower in the mornings but it's honestly just because it's nice to wake up with a shower. What's going on with your body if you take an evening shower and still wake up smelling so bad that deodorant wouldnt be enough? Lol

I mean, yeah you can get a little warm while you're sleeping but rarely would I say that I even approach sweating during the night

I work out after work so I shower while dinner cooks

At night, an hour or two before bed.

Usually noon/early afternoon if I'm showering that day. Not sure which fits better with the polls options.

Bedding is gonna get dirty regardless: Dead skin, dust, sweat, etc. For those who go to bed with a freshly cleaned body: how often do you wash your sheets? Seems like you're just gonna pick up whatever filth is on your sheets unless they're also freshly washed.

Evenings. I get up at 5.00 am for work, and I'm not getting up even earlier to shower.

Especially if the usual folklore that the average person supposedly sweats about a pint of sweat a night, even if you don't realize it (ie, not just people waking up with soaking wet sheets).

That's about 8 straight hours worth of stewing in your own juices even before you wake up for the day.

Normally at night unless I'm lazy. On the plus side I do feel more fresh in the morning when I leave it on the evenings.

I work from home and have been working from home since 2020 so Ive actually been showering after work for the last few years

if I have to be in public like on a weekend when I go out I usually shower after I get up

Usually 2 or 3 times a day.

I used to have a dog. It slept with me in bed so my habit was to shower after getting up. So afternoon since I worked nights.

Haven't really broken that habit. It just feels more natural to me shower before whatever I plan on going out for..

Since I've started to get more active, I just shower at night now whenever I'm done working out.

I shower after I work out/sauna, whenever that may be. When I start noticing I feel grimy I also realize it's been a while since I worked out. Usually I then I work out so I can shower. :)
