Bonus rule for upcoming round:

Rule #22: Kart Blanche
At the end of the round, note the player(s) who are in first, second, third, and last place, then institute the following:

If the points leader(s) has more than double the points of the next runner-up, they're hit by a blue shell.

If the second-place player(s) is more than 30 points ahead of player(s) in third place, the second-place player(s) are hit by a blue shell.

If the third-place player(s) is more than 30 points ahead of anyone in fourth-place place, they're hit by a blue shell.

Players hit by a blue shell lose 10% of their points while those in last place gain 10 points per blue shell victim. If a second- or third-place player is hit by a blue shell, the points leader is automatically hit as well, regardless of the above stipulation. (You may sacrifice Zuul status or a banana peel to nullify the blue shell, however.)

Surprised it took this long to find this one. Unfortunately, no one has any banana peels (that rule wasn't uncovered yet) and Zuul retired last topic.
