Meaning they had good things and a remake could fix the bad things about them.

-Eternal Ring: The magic ring system was good. You controlling like a stiff tank was not.

-Shadow Madness: i think the characters and story were good. The gameplay was really bad though....

it wasn't necessarily bad/mediocre, but maybe Resonance of Fate.

the combat could be annoying and complicated.

Lord of the Rings: The Third Age

The gameplay, skills and loot system were excellent. It basically just needs better main characters and a visual upgrade.

Godzilla unleashed: fix the weird and inexcusable bugs like megaguirus being unable to finish training mode and remove motion controls (or at least make them accurate) and you'd have a solid fighting game. Won't set the competitive scene on fire, but It'd be a good laugh.

I dunno, maybe alter the story mode as well.

Farcry 3. Just put the Farcry 2 stuff back in. Instant classic.

So you have great taste in 2 but 3s popularity come from the majority having bad taste?

Cause i loved it.

But yeah it could use some QoL features.

Far cry 3 is better than 2, by a large margin.

Anyway i will say Sonic 06. Game could have been great if it werent for the janky controls, physics, animations, story, overworld, sponge enemies. Huh

While I like Star Fox Adventures, it would be much better if it were remade with a lot of the cut content from the N64 prototype added back in, because the final game was absurdly chopped down compared to that.

Capcom Fighting Evolution. The idea of an all-Capcom crossover fighting game is good but that game went through all kinds of development problems and the end result was a rush job that wasn't very fun to play.

Fairytale Fights

Blood Omen 2. I liked the gameplay, but it is a bit repetitive, so I think improvements could be made there, and also the story was rushed and inconsistent with the other games.

But it's biggest sin, I think, was just having these random bad guys show up and be like, "Oh, HI Kain. I was your best friend and then I betrayed you back in the day. *evil smirk* Isn't that funny? I will look forward to killing you at our next meeting."

It's basically moving from killing one vampire douche to another and you don't really care that these people betrayed him because they have no characterization or background. So maybe have flashbacks to an earlier time when they were on Kain's side so that has more meaning than "I am vampire douche boss #4 and we are going to fight."

Ephemeral Fantasia. It had a good concept, but the limitations of the PS2 meant a shit ton of loading and limited scope if what could be done. It was also an early ps2 title, so it was ugly as well.

Beatdown: Fists of Vengeance

Ultima 8

1. Fix the FOV
2. Get rid of the jumping puzzles entirely except for the ones that require the air spell.
3. Do something more interesting with the combat.
4. Just don't allow attacking citizens. If you always get instant death for doing it then there's no point in even allowing it.
