Lion King 2019 isn't a bad movie, its just derivative.

It's still the best "live action" Disney movie, IMO.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is boring as fuck.

Classic World of Warcraft is good for nostalgia or a change of pace, but is an inferior game in every way to Retail WoW.

Super Mario World is fun, but entirely too easy of a game to be considered great.

Final Fantasy 8 is better than Final Fantasy 7

This is my opinion, but to me US was not only not as good a movie as everyone says it was, it wasn't good at all. It just got unnecessary praise for being Jordan Peele immediately following Get Out.

Nope was good and Get Out was good, but Us was a narrative mess.

I agree that Chrono Trigger is overrated. I think it's better than okay (good, even) especially considering the era in which it came out but placing it among the top ten RPGs of all time is ridiculous.

The best Batman films are not live action, but animated.

In live action, the casting of Batman / Bruce Wayne has always been wanting. Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Wesley Snipes as Blade, Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Christopher Reeves as Superman....are examples of well-cast comic book characters. In live action, Batman has never been cast as comparably well.

Batman & Robin, while not good, gets too much hate and should not seriously be considered one of the worst films ever made.

Batman Forever is better than a good bit of the MCU.

The first Blade film is the best and is also better than most MCU films.

Neither Infinity War nor Endgame are top five MCU films.

Thor Ragnark is not a good Thor movie.

Omitting Rick Jones from the Hulk's origin in the MCU was a mistake.

Generally, Cowboy Bebop (the anime) didn't do it for me. I found it stylish, but also dull, and never got beyond episode eight or nine.

Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd was the best Pink Floyd.

The Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy has only 1 and 1/2 good movies. Begins and the second half of Rises are awful.

Of the 9 Star Wars movies, there are more bad ones than good ones.

JJ Abrams first Star Trek movie is a Star Wars movie, and his first Star Wars movie is a Star Trek movie. I believe he fundamentally misunderstands both properties.

I definitely agree with you on Batman and Trek. I don't care enough about Star Wars to have a real opinion on it

I disagree that Thor Rag was a bad movie, but it damned the rest of Thor and many Marvel movies to try and emulate it. It worked once, but it should stand alone.

See, I'm like one of the seven people in the audience who liked Thor prior to the MCU. Waititi's version of the Executioner (i.e., Karl Urban's character) is such a ****ing waste. If you had no idea who that character is, then I get not caring. But if you do, and even more, enjoyed his death scene in the comics, then it's tough to ignore. The MCU in general has a tendency to really waste or otherwise screw up villains.

Fighting games as a genre would work better GaaS. F2P DoA Core Fighters + SF5 Fight Money is the way. Throw in some SF6 World Tour type shit and monetize costumes and you got a winner.

It literally cannot be worse for the consumer than a $60 base game followed by $40 yearly updates and $8 for an individual character compared to what I described.

Despite the heat in deep summer and kooky politicians, 9 months of the year Arizona is objectively the best state to live in.

I used to live in Peoria and I agree. It's not too much different than winter, you just don't go outside for 4 months (except at night). August is pretty brutal though.

Sauce is more important than toppings are. Id rather have a pizza with sauce and no toppings than toppings and no sauce

I preferred Rocky V over Rocky IV.

Brawlhalla is a gaas fighting game and it's the only smash clone that has seen any real long term success. It's pretty good.

Thor: The Dark World is not nearly as bad as people say it is. The original Thor is the second best phase 1 MCU movie after The Avengers.

The Dark Knight is good but overrated. It's too long and not as great as it's made out to be.

Final Fantasy 8 is better than 7 or 9. It would be the best PS1 FF if not for Tactics.

I'm not okay with Steam's DRM and I won't use their service. I don't care that they pinky swear that if they go out of business they'll totally remove all the DRM. When I buy PC games it's through GOG.

The beach is not very fun as a vacation spot. I'd much rather be hiking in the mountains.

Addendum: BotW might be my favorite in the franchise, whereas TotK is only slightly above OoT.

Burger King is so underrated for what it is. It's no Popeye's or Taco Bell -- but I'd definitely put it above most national chains.

The original chicken sandwich is good with light mayo.
The spicy chicken sandwich isn't bad.
Chicken fries are great.
Their fries are definitely better than McDonald's and Wendy's, even if they're pretty mid.
Rodeo Cheeseburgers are one of the best value fast food items outside of Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos and JBCs.
Their breakfast is the second best fast food breakfast after Tim Horton's. Croissanwiches are great and they're affordable.
Whoppers are great. They're honestly like the best fast food burger.
Jr. Whoppers are a great value.

I didn't even know it was widely hated until a few years ago. It's always been one of my favorites.

There's no way so many people legitimately hate it and unironically like McDonald's.
I'm not even picky about food or shamey about eating fast food - but I straight up hate McDonald's and have my entire life, even in the early 90s.

I prefer Wendy's but Burger King is better then McDonald's.
