Push ups, cardio stuff like going on walks/running on a treadmill, putting the god damn fork down, cut out all drinks other than water

this is what Im working on doing and the hardest part is the diet, everything bad tastes so good :(

Second post is right though lol. You can't spot target fat. You just have to lose weight and eventually you'll lose the fat in your chest. You can do exercises that target your chest, but the muscles that are built will be under the fat. It's the same reason you'll never see your six pack if you have too much fat on your stomach.

Find a healthy food you like, and ear more of that. Fill up on healthy food to avoid junk food. Do a little exercise every day. In a few months you'll see a difference, especially if you can do more than that.

Your goal is to decrease total fat percentage. Strength training with a focus on total body at 3 times a week is your goal to get up to. Avoid saturated fats, junk food, fried food and sugar. Unless you are on a cheat day. Can't be too clean. You can potentially lose 1-3lbs a week safely with discipline. The overall transformation will take at least 6 months.

If you are serious about this. You need to plan out the next year in your life to make things happen.

to be serious, I think they are called butterfly curls?

Take a light weight that you can comfortably hold, hold them vertically in your hands in front of your chest, then pull back about 90 degrees and repeat.

For love handles, hold the same weights firmly to the sides, like the second position n the above exercise, and rotate your mid section.
