What a dumb fearmongering post. I get wanting to side with Israel, but you don't need to throw ignorance into the mix. This sucks because there has been a lot of misinformation being thrown around at an already complicated history between both sides.

I think some people aren't aware that this isn't a single like nor a single post. This isn't some heighten reaction to a recent terrorist attack. Her opinions(bigoted views) on Palestine and Islam have been increasingly harsh for a while now. And as a Jewish person, it seems she feels that justifies her views. But nothing justifies things like this.

Long history man. From the 500's on really neither has a claim. One was dispersed the other moved to Egypt. Alot of different people were there in 1500+years since. Isreal has a bit more claim because the religious sites are technically theirs.

Looking in her feed she has retweeted things in favor of innocents on both sides. her main point seems to be being appalled at people that are calling Hamas freedom fighters and making excuses for terrorism, and bringing up how nobody supported Al Qaeda and Isis but only support Hamas when they attack Israel. On Oct 7 she also mentions having cousins in Israel that she hadnt been able to get ahold of. She tweets about blocking anybody who supports rape and murder of ANY innocent people and says we should all be praying for peace. She is supporting Israel but is calling for peace not war. So I don't know how much you can take from those tweets. She is somebody that is just appalled at the reaction to the attacks and the people that have been defending Hamas. The main point of her twitter feed is not anti-muslim but anti-hamas.
