He doesn't deserve kid gloves or special treatment. His condition doesnt make him who he is, he does that.

That's a shitty philosophy. A lot of people will talk shit about places being understaffed, but those places don't pay enough. If most of your pay check is going to things like food, rent, and taxes rather than disposable income/savings, the job doesn't pay enough. And then factor in if the job is hell or not.

If you have high unemployment, then your economy is doing terribly though.
While if it is hard to find employees so wages end up rising and the population is growing, then the economy is doing great.

It is a curious thing. After page on top of page across multiple topics, when the person in question gets banned or whatever, it's all "thank god, finally, he's so annoying to deal with", as though they simply have to argue with him, respond to every post.

But then it's actually not curious, they just love to shit on people, and he's easy to shit on.

He's not completely wrong. The whole 50% employment higher thing to make people feel pain is cartoon villanry, as well as "make people remember they work for the employer" is also nutsa. He should definitely be criticized for that.

But the other stuff. Some of it I resonate with. COVID lockdowns and the surplus of jobs that companies have made have made people more entitled. I think it's great that it's empowered people to not be taken advantage of employers and better negotiate their pay. But it's also made some naive and lazy people who do the bare minimum and skate by feel entitled to deserve things they haven't earned.

I think Gen Z and younger millennials have especially has taken it the worst. Not all of them of course by any means. Mostly because they have the least job experience and didn't grow up with the work mentality of older generations. They prioritize in mental health and a work life balance, which is great, but the entitled ones can't go expecting the same salary of seasoned veteran who has more skills, actually stays longer and does more than they do. This applies to everyone. Promotions for example aren't given cause you stayed for x amount of months. It's earned. You don't get promotions by doing the bare minimum.

Going back to remote jobs. I'm not against them. I love that there's less traffic than precovid, and it helps people tremendously who have families to take care of. But it's definitely made some people get away with more shit--i mean pretending to work, when they work half the time. It's not always all their fault completely. If managers aren't following up with them and aren't giving them enough tasks, then that's on the company.
Hell as long as they get their work done, that's all it matters.

Other than that, corporate hates that no one is in office cause they spend millions on rent lol

remote jobs can work if you have competent coworkers and middle management who check up on them and their projects (but not over burden them)

I resonate with corporations smacking down lesser people for thinking they are worthy of more respect

For the record people have used exactly the same excuses to apologise for Chris-chan. Theyre a victim who cant help themselves because of their condition.

Their condition being mild autism. As in, not even close to a defence for being a shitstain. On the other hand, the way they were raised (heavily spoiled and sheltered) might have something to do with it

And yes, some vile people have crossed the line with Chris-chan into actual abusive territory. And those fuckers get called out for it. They dont represent the majority. Calling someone out for their shitty views and attitude is not bullying. As someone who was actually bullied, victimized in high school, I find the misuse of that word offensive.

As for the topic, the real reason CEOs want higher unemployment is because it allows them to erode worker rights. If you complain, there are plenty of people out there to replace you.

Thats why unemployment is allowed to exist to an extent agree upon by any given government. Its a feature of capitalism, not a bug.
