I've got an alarm clock that I've been using since about 1990. Not sure when exactly I got it but it does have a single disc CD player.

I was given a turntable that was made in the 70s. Still works.

Plus a couple of watches from the 50s/60s.

idk maybe my external hard drive? its gotta be at least 15 years old.

i have a transistor radio from the 60s but its a display piece that i don't use. However, it does work

edit: Definitely has to be some of my tools that are from the 80s or 90s. Mostly just random screwdrivers or pliers. Its unreal how much better the quality is compared to the new stuff you buy. And they aren't even name brand either.

Well use isnt the way I would describe it but I have art on my walls that my dad passed on to me that is older than I am and Im almost 50. Its in my house and I regularly look at it and enjoy it. I have cast iron pans I use in my kitchen that are like 100+ years old.

Just like you, it might be my alarm clock. My first one was from Walmart. Stopped keeping track of time properly, so I bought the same one again. That one malfunctioned too. So I said screw this and splurged on this nice Sony one. That must have been around the year 2000 or so. Still use it every day. It's this one right here:

I got my Kindle around 11 years ago, still works great but the battery life has suffered a bit

They're not so much designed to break, as made with subtandard materials in order to reduce costs (cheap capacitors dry out a lot quicker than expensive ones). Because most people don't want to pay very much money for them.

ipod Nano. I use it in my car to listen to music. Still works after all this time.

Well I got it last year but these things stopped being made around 2005 and the booklet it comes with implies the one I have is from earlier than 2005. I think it is around 20 years old. The previous owner did perform some modifications on it mainly to make it work with American outlets (it originally from japan).

I've got an iPod that I got around 2007/8. It's my main gym iPod and used to use it almost every day for hours at a time. I took the last 4-6 years off from the gym, however I've been going again recently and it still works just fine.

I'm not an Apple fanboy by any means, but damn I recognize that what I bought was a good product.

Back when it used to fit me I used to wear my Hickey & Freeman jacket from the early 1900s, about 120+ years old. The thing is in pretty good condition despite it's age and doesn't appear too dated, except for the fabric which looks bulletproof.

Some furniture and mugs are pretty old. I have a bookshelf that I've had pretty much my entire life.

Oh damn, I wasn't thinking properly when I made this topic. Aside from my house which was built in the 60's, I've had my dresser ever since the early 80's, possibly 82 or 83. Don't know how I forgot that. As for the CD player on my alarm clock, I'll test that later since I'm eating currently.

I have slate tiles that are several hundred million years old, and still work great.

I have these basketball shorts that my parents bought me when I was literally like 12 years old. I think that's what they're called, anyways. Loose fit, silky kinda feeling, highly synthetic looking fiber.

Anyways, I wear them around the house in the summer when I just feel like being lazy. I'll basically die before ever throwing them out. They're indestructible and have an elastic sorta waist, so even if I get old and fat they'll be around and still fit.

The dryer I use is about 40 years old.

I've had my wallet since I was in high school. Been serving me well for over 30 years.

@Haejin the CD player doesn't seem to work anymore. I put in a disc but it gave me a "nd" message, for no disc. I haven't actually tried using it in probably well over 15 years, though.

Been using the same alarm clock since 2000.

I've got a hoodie that's about 6-8 years old. It's thrashed to hell, the elastic on the sleeves is fubar to the point I just rolled the sleeves up to about the mid forearm and used several safety pins to keep them in place. The zipper still works fine and it's comfy so it still works for me.

I also have an old cellphone that still works on wifi. I keep it to use when I'm charging my new cellphone. That old one is about 4-5 years old.
