The DoJ wants him to be sentenced to 33 years, but I'm expecting somewhere in the ballpark of 18 years or less. Stewart Rhodes is the leader of the Oath Keepers and got 18 years. Enrique Tarrio wasn't in Washington, DC on January 6th because he got arrested for destroying a Black Lives Matter flag that belonged to a church. As a result of that, he had an order to stay out of Washington, DC.
