Much prefer USUM... By the time you get to the right side of the map the veneer is starting to peel off. By the time you get to the postgame you realise there's no more game apart from the competitive spreadsheet simulator online. It's literally optimised for grinding IVs/EVs with the proximity of the daycare to the level/money grind house and the one area with a rotating camera where you can hold right on a bike without even looking at the screen. Spamming skate tricks in front of the daycare makes eggs spawn faster. You go upstairs in the postgame battle arena looking for a crumb of content and ~~get told by an NPC, in E-rated language, to basically fuck off~~. The hypothetical Z version that would have added this much-needed postgame content could have been an all-time great remembered alongside Platinum, HG/SS, and B2/W2 if it actually came to fruition, but sadly, it never happened.
