I have managed several restaurants and I often wonder where my life would be if I had accepted the job at 19. I was the youngest employee of the year in Outback Steakhouse history* (I have no idea if thats true, but I won it at 17 and so I say it as fact) I also wonder where Id be right now because the Outback I worked at isnt there anymore.
