Tekken 8 is a 2024 game, right? I wouldn't be surprised if we get release dates for a couple Q1 2024 things here, since several of those are still up in the air.

it already leaked on the xbox store last night that the release date is January 26th, 2024

earlier release than expected but then again the twt ends earlier than this years so it checks out. also probably means the roster leak is in fact the full roster which is expected but disappointing nonetheless

Man I've always been meaning to play the Little Nightmares games, but this third game looks like it's just more of the same, but with another character. It doesn't feel as inspired.

This game looks like total ass.

I feel like the industry is collectively just pushing that Starfield "is the next big thing", it "matters", and it's just another Bethesda RPG that's going to launch pretty buggy and have a bunch of problems.

But the people who pray at that alter will still see it as the second coming. It doesn't matter if it's completely mid or just pretty good.

And some people are open about it! Gene Park outright stated it before he started his review copy, saying it doesn't even matter if the game is bad, it will still be the most important game in the entire industry for years.

It just rubs me the wrong way. Of course I'm absolutely biased, I don't like any of the games these people make, but even if I did I feel like the type of push and assumed success this game has would bother me. It's like when Disney made all those cutouts for retailers about how Ralph Breaks the Internet won Best Animated Featue and then it lost.

That's a bit much as an intro to Zack Snyder.
