She got a shit ton of random dudes DMing her LMAO. I'm sure it's like this for most girls too. She says she's sure a lot of girls like this kind of attention but she personally does not and set all her social media profiles to private. As a fat man, I can't imagine what it's like to be flooded with PMs. It would be a huge culture shock. I have to admit I've been one of those guys that sent random DMs to girls I found attractive but seeing how it looks on the other end it makes me feel small and incredibly weird.

Did you see that funny ass video circulating awhile ago where some dude was messaging a girl or two every day, telling them "good night princess"? He ended up doing it for like a month or more I think, & the girls would read the messages & see it every time.

Then eventually he stopped doing it after awhile, & I guess the girls were like "yeah you know it was kinda nice getting them consistently, then it stopped."
Then dude is like "as you can see from my experiment, women are pathetic needy creatures who do want a man's attention no matter what they say" after doing that "experiment" when they didn't ask for it & he was the one writing them messages every day lol

My wife used to work at the same place as me. She would get messages from dudes who know me and talk to me fairly regularly. Nobody I would call a friend, but people who I have talked to. They would say things like I don't care about who your husband is, or we don't have to tell him, or what he does know won't hurt him. My wife will show me every message, we never hide anything from each other. I cannot say anything to these people because of my position in the company. She had a guy not to long ago pose with his Toyota camry saying I would love to be your sugar daddy and spoil you with my money

The men don't care. It's just a numbers game to them. Back in the mid-2000s MySpace days you could search for people within a certain mile radius of you. A co-worker of mine would send the exact same messages to like 200 women in his area. He still managed to be invited to some bedrooms every month or so.

I'll say though, As a hetero guy, the dating world is not easy. Especially in a post online dating swipe left/right where it's a numbers game. A lot of expectations on asking out women first, making the plans, paying for the date, expected to entertain and be "confident," funny" and "interesting." Be chivalrous when women can make a living on her own and wants to have her cake and eat it too. It's honestly exhausting for me personally.

But I get that women have their own unique problems, such as this. I get why women have to be on guard. Some guys are real bad and the others are just socially awkward and might mean well, but how do you know as a woman? I don't blame you.

Guys are 2x as likely to be single and lonely vs women. It's a sad world. As much as social media has helped connect people from all over the world, it's made people socially awkward as fuck. I wish we went back to the days we met people in person and asked for their number. And called them and played phone tag. Sigh.

My delivery driver a few weeks ago was super friendly and very attractive. She had to text me about my order. At no point after delivery did I go "Hmm. This woman I don't know, who showed no interest in me, would totally love a text from some rando."
