A diet that says High Cholesterol, and LDL(Bad cholesterol) are actually good. And a diet high in saturated fat is healthy is absolutely bonkers, and dangerous. Maybe for the short term it has some benefits, but all you have to do is cut out alot of the carbs, not drink a cup of butter a day.

Even Dr Mercola who got rich selling the diet just quit it. People are all over the diet cause it helps them lose weight without looking at the possible long term effects.

I do think there's a healthy way of doing keto, like doing a lot of avocado and nuts instead of sick cow steak slathered with 1 tub of butter wrapped in bacon.

I do feel it's incredibly disingenuous for some so called health experts to say that saturated fat isn't bad for you. Many studies have been done on this and say otherwise. Especially if it's genetic.

He is at 4% bodyfat, getting ready for a show. He still has another 8 weeks of prep, he is probably drinking a ton of water right now, won't start drying out till the week of the show.

But you definitely don't want to stay on it long term. It's meant to be short term for fast weight loss.

I've gone keto the past month and it's been great so far. I don't have time to cook more then once a day during my work days and usually fast food at that.

So the best I can do is just cut off as much suger as possible, drink water and leap my calorie intake below 2000. Since my job keeps me physically active.

Funny, I have been losing weight by eating a balanced diet with low dairy, lean meats, low carbs and grain, no fucking sugar or convenience snack foods... and lots of legumes, raw, and cooked vegetables.

Good God 100% THIS.

If you have a broad pallet, it's amazing how relatively easy it is to eat "right" and maintain it for a long period of time without ever getting tired of what you eat or finding your meals to be repetitive, which is why a lot of people break their diets.

If you're looking to simply lose weight, just eat at a calorie deficit.

But if you're looking to eat healthy, then you really need to do research about food macros, and truly look into what you put into your body on a daily basis.
