One of the earliest strength feats was Goku using the power pole to travel to the moon and back while carrying Boss Rabbit, which was then subsequently blown up by Jackie Chun. The characters only get stronger after that. It's also easy to forget, because we're watching the show from the perspective of the characters, that DB characters are casually fighting faster than the human eye can even see. Once you got King Kai's training and super sayians, and teleportation and Guru's unlocked potential. Supes will be be surpassed by every Saiyan and Piccolo. Krillin/Freeza could cut him in half. Garlic Jr mind control him. Cell and Buu absorb him. Tien would outsmart him as a warrior. It would be a question if he could even beat Yamcha. Heck it'd be a question if he could even take Chiaotzu's mind control. Konoha's pop (looking it up for this convo lol) is estimated at 80k. I used to live in an officially-regarded city that was about 53k.
