Love me some oatmeal and oat milk, but most bread comes from wheat and corn is one of my favorite sides hmmmmm oh gosh I forgot rice and it's the key ingredient in one of my favorite meals.

This is basically coming down to milk for my lactose intolerant ass vs. sushi vs. fresh baked bread vs. Mexican street corn and augh

Rice but quinoa is my second choice. IIRC it isn't a grain though.

I went with rice in the end. Wheat is really good for snacks and pastries but for day-to-day meals I still rely on rice first and foremost.
