Come on Cortado and Flat White are the same thing.

Cappuccino and Latte are, too.

Mocha just refers to a specific coffee bean, it has nothing to do with chocolate, which would put the rest of the list into doubt as well.

As someone who drank a lot of mocha, before switching to other strong coffee, no, it does not contain chocolate.

There are a lot of mocha stands around where I live and they all use chocolate, which is why I always assumed mochas contain chocolate.

Using the same word/name for different things is always very annoying. Mocha is a Yemeni City well regarded for its coffee production.

No idea how or why someone came up with the idea of adding chocolate milk to coffee and calling it "mocha".

because in the past the coffee beans from yemen were known to have a chocolate flavor this is why modern mochas have chocolate in them all this info is free on the internet

It's easy enough to test that. Have juice instead of coffee and see how you feel.

It's probably both. Sugar is in just about everything in the US. And if you stop drinking your daily coffee/monster/etc, you will definitely feel the withdrawal, usually in the form of a fucked up headache.

That headache is the reason why I mostly stay off caffeine. I'll have maybe two cups of tea in a week.

Tea practically has no caffeine. I would be surprised if you get a headache if you don't drink it for a couple days even if you are a daily drinker. It is mostly the coffee that people get the withdrawals from, mostly because it is so caffeinated and people tend to drink so much. It isn't a cup of two a day, it is several and each is practically an energy drinks worth of caffeine.

The problem is that your chart doesn't show extra preparation details.

The difference between Cortado and Flat White is that one is supposed to be foamed and the other isn't. Which is the same difference between Latte and Cappuccino.

Though it's also worth noting that some of those terms mean different things depending on whether or not you're in North America or Europe, which is why Nichtcrawler is being so aggressively European again (as usual).

I apologize. I didn't mean to imply that tea was my go-to when I got my headache. Most of the tea I get is caffeine-free anyway but I do love a black tea now and then in the morning. Also, tea has plenty of caffeine (25-75 mg compared to coffee's 95 mg). Obviously not at much at coffee, but tea usually has half the caffeine compared to coffee (Is that practically nothing?). That's enough to provoke a withdrawal headache if you've been doing it daily for a few weeks. Haven't you heard of people getting the caffeine headache when trying to quit Diet Coke?

I used to drink caffeinated pop daily (worked at a 7-11 so the fountain soda and slurpees were free). That's what delivered my worst caffeine withdrawal headache; quitting caffeinated sodas.

I love the smell and taste of coffee. I'd probably drink drink if it wasn't a diarrhea device.

Edit: I'm speaking strictly about the headache of the withdrawal. I've heard if it's real bad, there are cold or flu-like symptoms that also appear.
