I don't why I never used coop to run through the weekly trounce domains but I've done it this week and last. It's so much easier (not to mention faster) when you pair up with others and don't struggle to beat some of the more annoying ones at the max level.

Co-op is great up for completing stuff up until about AR50, and then you're just capable of doing it fine on your own and dealing with other people isn't worth the bother.

I'm also generally pretty anti-social in games where I could group with others. I was decidedly unimpressed with Diablo 4. I also had to make Swifty do basically every boss in existence for the achievements when we teamed up so he could finish a few of the more recent ones...because I'd never done them with anyone. So maybe I'm not the best perspective on the matter.

For a long time I didn't have any teams that could handle Azhdaha so I would do that boss exclusively in co-op, picking Diona and hoping my teammates would get in the god damn circle. They usually didn't but it was still better than going solo lol.

Besides that I haven't done much co-op at all despite all the achievements. I still don't have the co-op heart chest one which I think is the only thing holding me back from the platinum trophy on PS5!

I'm sure someone will be happy to help you out with that if you let us know in discord when you want to get it done.

This patch feels so slow just because I'm waiting for Furina to drop. Maybe also because most of my resin is going towards prefarming lol. But I don't even feel super motivated to explore the new area when I can wait and run around with some new characters (plus exploration queen Yelan ofc).

New characters aren't likely to make exploration more exciting unless you know something I don't. I'm still going to use Yelan, Kazuha, a healer (Jean), and a flex.

Still contemplating pulling for Neuvillette. I feel like I may regret not having him when Furina comes around, but I also don't really know what impact she's going to have on the meta. There's just a lot of hush-hush talk about how great she'll be....which, I mean, maybe? I don't like the character, though, and not liking the character is often enough to get me to not pull them. See: Xiao, Wanderer.

Well the swimming mechanics and passives actually give a decent reason to use Fontaine characters for ocean exploration. Freminet has swim stamina reduction, Neuvilette has a speed bonus, Lynette marks the recovery fish on your map etc. And you can clear the Pneuma/Ousia puzzles more easily.

Plus my overworld main has been Wanderer since his release, and he's great but honestly I could use a break from his fart noises.

I guess eventually the game deletes your old pull history? Saw a new banner up and was curious how far from pity I even am, but I only have 2 pages of summons listed. Last summons were nearly 5 months ago and I have no idea how many I did after Dehyas banner. I pulled for Kirara, but otherwise I dunno

Ive had Realm of Farakhkert in Sumeru at 99% for so long. I cant find the last chests or whatever to hit 100% no matter how much I look

Cities Skylines 2 came out today. So much for me doing anything more than the bare minimum for a while, I guess. And I still haven't run abyss. =x

Caught up with the events today. Slowly building the new characters up. Still havent done much of the Fontaine Story Quests yet lol.

I got Furina after 70 pulls with 1 Beidou and like 5 Collei...then did 20 more and got 2 more Beidous, taking her to C6, and finally my C0 Charlotte. Not too bad, wouldn't have minded pulling for more copies but I think I'd rather have funds for other characters or Nahida cons.

Now the real work begins of doing this world quest for her ascension mats...

Right I got enough to ascend her to 60/70 just from what you start with but I want those 20-30 more so I can be done with it in one reset

Super easy material to farm. Hopped into a few coop worlds to get her to lv80. Now I need to do the trounce boss for her ascensions. Was hoping to do it coop but I guess that new feature doesn't let you.

All I had time for yesterday was summoning and doing my daily commissions real quick. I havent even explored that area of Fontaine on the map yet either, but Im slowly catching up

So, found out today that there's a new weekly boss. I had a suspicion.

Welp, that feels kinda bad. But I guess I should get over it since I don't even have Furina yet.

I hate when Floor 11 has one of those objects you need to keep above taking a certain amount of damage. Sometimes its so hard to draw enemies away from it and kill them fast enough too

It's not generally a problem but I usually use Nilou and she does a lot of friendly fire to it, which makes things a bit more exciting.

Oh yeah I hate those too. I was really struggling with one a few cycles back. One of the tricks I learned was that only some of the enemies aggro on to the tower and the rest onto you, so it's more important to pick off the ones attacking the tower ASAP rather than trying to draw them away or bunch all the enemies together. Especially when it spawns a bunch of ranged enemies or something. There's also no time limit so it doesn't matter how long it takes to kill off the ones attacking you, and you can stall and recharge bursts between waves.

Oh and blooms can damage the tower so you have to be a little careful with that...rip to Nilou users

The OG monolith from like 2 years ago that was dreadful taught me how to manage those. None of them have been remotely challenging since that one, probably because of that trial by fire. (And the awareness that anemo groupers make them much more manageable.) But also, mostly what HDT said -- not all of them go for the monolith and the ones that do can be drawn off with the right attacks, so often it's just a matter of getting the enemies' attention. The only caution I'd give is that once an enemy's AI starts on an attack (which often begins before the literal animation,) they're committed to it, and some enemies have to be prioritized as a result. Haven't done the new one yet, so I dunno which those are, but it's usually ranged attackers that are the pain because they hit with elemental attacks that do repeated damage and are harder to prevent.

Maaaaan abyss floor 12 sucks this cycle. I hate Pyro Lectors and elemental shields generally, they waste so much time. I'm mostly struggling because despite having XQ, Yelan, and now Furina, my only real driver is Childe whose uptime isn't great when he's not doing International. Maybe that can work for everything besides the shields? Still got 36* with a bad taser team on front half but it took forever and I'll have to come up with something different next time.

The annoying part is the double lectors spawning so far from each other, but I did that side just fine with monohydro: Jean/XQ/Yelan/Furina.

At least lectors mostly stay still. Heralds on the other hand are the worst.

Free Freminet event coming up. Cant see myself ever using him, but neat I guess? When is the last time Heizou even showed up? I dont have him either, but between almost never appearing in game content and banners he feels like the biggest nobody in the game

After 3 weeks, I have not quite cleared the patch's content. I could with one strong push, but I'm in no hurry. Mostly underwater stuff left to explore.

I feel like I havent even made a dent in the Fontaine content, but I am having a blast with it.

Did a bit more summoning hoping for C6 Charlotte (just because), but ended up getting 3 more Collei for C6 and a random Mika. I like Collei so Im happy with that. Im still over 575 Fates too and it could be a bit before I summon again for all I know

I went pretty hard on the 4.0 areas but honestly haven't done much of the 4.1 or 4.2 exploration at all. I did the short 4.2 world quest about the tree and filled up the map for the new bosses but that's it. Haven't needed the primos so I've just been saving it all for a rainy day I suppose.

I liked the Archon Quest conclusion though, I guess that was enough for me for now.

Hmm its been 73 pulls since my last 5* which means trying for 2 more Cs for Charlotte would absolutely get me either another Furina or a general pool 5* and its likely to be the latter since I already won 2 coin flips as it is. Ill just save now for somebody else.

100% wait unless you like the idea of C1. Kinda risky running up the score all the way to pity, tbh. Usually you want to stop when the potential for an early 5-star stops feeling like it's free. (Unless Charlotte cons are just that important, I guess.)

My Furina is already C1 so it would be C2 that could potentially happen or also pulling a standard 5* and of those theres a few I wouldnt want more of like Diluc and Tighnari. Dehya C would be my most wanted and then I dunno probably Jean C since that would put her at 3 or 4 I think. Diluc would be C5 or 6 and I already dont use him as it is

Charlotte cons are pretty good. Particularly getting her to C4 really helps her energy needs.

I'm tempted to pull for more of her cons myself, because I have plenty of wishes banked (like 300 including glitter) and wouldn't mind C1 or C2 Furina as well since both of those cons are great. Only thing stopping me is that it took me 20 pulls past Furina just for C0, and I already have C6 Beidou and C12 Collei so it's not a great banner for trying for Charlotte. Might as well wait for a rerun and try to snipe Chevreuse later.

I think C6 helps her healing out too somehow? Ill hopefully get her there when she reruns. Just gotta hope its with characters I care about, but if shes glued to Furina like Sara is to Raiden I wouldnt mind hitting C2 for Furina either
