The first time I played Chrono Trigger I was a little punk addicted to manipulating emulators to make playing and beating games easier. I didn't bother with the game until I found a gameshark code that made myself immortal. I didn't play the game without cheats until years later, and the game was so simple I have no idea why I didn't even try doing that the first time.

I killed the fuck outta that dragon.

I deliberately skipped one boss in dark souls 2 so that I would not acquire the platinum trophy.
I abused the shit out of the dupe glitch in Champions of Norrath and the gold exploits in Fable.

I haven't played the last one, but I loved the first two. I understand why people don't like them, and most of the criticisms are valid. But I love the atmosphere in the games. I also really liked the combat system once it opens up.
