Even then they might not see it and you may need a camera down it. I also learned of something called Globus. This is a feeling of something stuck in your throat due to anxiety. Nah, it stuck there. Its very rough and pokey. Only way you could be right is if it caused a cut and what Im feeling is a rough scab.
