Basically playtested by speedrunners. I heard it got nerfed a lot after that but I wouldn't fault anyone for using some of the modded cheat hats (for PC players) to see all the stuff. No idea, when I did it I got every reward just fine I found it, apparently you got a stamp of disapproval that you fix by redoing the challenges normally but you still get all the rewards and can still progress with it.
