Two years. That job was two years too long but I had no options at the time.

Summer job as a Lifeguard for 2 months. Used the money i made to buy a Vita solely for Persona 4 Golden >_>

Completely worth it lol

One week if temp jobs count.

I also spent a single summer working in a quarry, but I knew beforehand that it was a seasonal job that would end in the fall.

Other than that, all my full-time jobs have lasted at least a few years.

Not much of a story tbh. I was young and it was a supremely early schedule plus my advisor didn't explain my duties well and I was expected to run the bakery by myself the second day.

Ive quit on the first day a couple of times, sometimes you just know it isnt a good fit from the start why waste time

Few hours

One week. Tried my best but there were too many red flags and I had to get out of that environment. Turned out to be a great decision as I found another job a few weeks later that I'm still doing seven years later. Found out that other company had a class action lawsuit filed against them from former employees claiming thousands of hours of unpaid overtime, so yeah leaving that job was the best decision.

5 hours (4 hours one day and 1 the next) when I was temping. The first day was supposed to be short for training. The second was only an hour because they lacked inventory. I didn't go back.

I worked at central park handing out maps.

I did that for like 2 or 3 days.

My second summer job in college. I think I was there for around 2 and a half months tops.

I'm sure there would be worse but I was absolutely terrible at getting summer jobs back in the day. I didn't know how to interview.

1 or 2 months at CVS as a pharmacy tech.

I was working there as a 2nd job after my main job which is IT.

Quit after 1 or 2 months because after working a long ass 9 hour day, I really didn't have the tolerance to deal with a coworker who didn't know how to talk to me.

The only beauty about the entire thing was, I could take some of my filter off on the level of disrespect that woman showed.

My first job was at a place that made the bagged ice you get at gas stations. Minimum wage pay ($4.25 at the time) with fast paced machinery that'd wrap a metal tie around the bone in your finger if you got too close to the mechanism that pulls the bags in, with little room for error. I worked until lunch my first day and didn't go back.

two weeks (training period) at an Outback Steakhouse. I prepared salads and desserts.

the restaurant was opening, and I came to the conclusion that I just couldn't work around food, so I quit the weekend before opening night.

Probably the most menial job I had was putting the newspapers in the plastic sleeve. Forgot how long I did it though. Maybe a couple days?

I was fired after two days at a dry cleaners when I was 18.

1 year. I quit the day after my yearly review since they said they were no longer giving out raises.
