Okay so my problem with chang is he did not follow up on joyrock day 2 unlike and scum could just have a psychic since joyrock was a godfather

So on the joyrock votes scale crescent seems much townier than not

I remember crescent not being as bussy as that so sure crescent town I think.

SBell's claim is fairly strong, but I don't think it's stronger than a Cop or Tracker? It's just normal in a role madness game to have a few proper power roles then some very situational power roles.

I sincerely doubt Joyrock's lynch was pure. Like I said, he seemed pretty much dead weight to me and I'm assuming at least a few scum were happy to bus him based on how he acted. I don't think anyone made a concerted attempt to actually save him.

I am unsure on Cody because my gut tells me that he doesn't claim so easily as Scum but at the same time... that's a pretty weak lean compared to MZero/Ulti/Chris/SBell who I am all pretty much sold on. I don't think he and Dumey are the same alignment and I do feel a little better on Dumey, so I'm kinda torn.

Cody, where do you stand on the game right now? I don't think I've really gotten the chance to discuss things with you yet.

Also, I am still gonna hold off on claiming if that's okay? I want Scum to be forced to risk using an action on me, killing me and giving someone else an extra night and easing the PoE a ton, or just straight up ignoring me and letting me get my action off and potentially being screwed. Much higher ev holding off imo, I'll claim first thing tomorrow should I still be alive.

I re-read d1 since I was on a trip and not able to pay super close attention.

sbell was consistent in saying he didnt approve of the Marth lynch. Sbell was also the second person to vote joyrock. Killing death is rough but based on d1, sbell looks really good.

chang has been questionable. He seemed to hedge his bets d1. In one post he says something like Im ok with Marth being the lynch even though slightly lean town on Marth and Chang was the 4th vote on joyrock when it was 6-3 Marth. Before chang dropped his vote, Chang said to joyrock why do you feel like you cant influence the vote? Wall had all these votes on him and with a single post all but one person unvoted him then joyrock was like nah I cant change anything and Chang went noooope and voted joyrock.

long story short sbell drew lines in the sand d1 and had the better joyrock vote, Chang was wishy washy and somewhat noncommittal. Chang also said they were fine with Marth being lynched despite thinking Marth was probably town. Crescent was also adamant about not liking joyrock but I think thats consistent with her scum game if a teammate is laying an egg.

Listening to the recently dead also points to chang tbh

Looking through day 2 there really isn't anything to feel good about chang other than they posted tbh

I thought Chang was probably Scum yesterday and that's not really changed. I don't think I've seen him as Scum before? And I thought he seemed a little less excitable this game than usual, but on my brief skim through overnight I'm not sure to what extent I agree with that assessment, and I'm hesitant to accuse someone of being in their scum meta when I haven't seen them as scum, even if there's broad tendencies. But frankly, I don't see a scenario where he's Town unless I'm crazy wrong on one of my hard townreads.

I'm having similar paranoia and he fooled me in that game but at the same time, I think MZero's D1 here was above that game again? It's more comparable to Nick Mafia where he was just obvious Town straight away. I am very much not on my A-game this time out so am trusting my gut on him but it is screaming at me that he's Town.

Hmm. I think it's probably Corrik in that scenario? I have trouble believing that all of Crescent/Cody/Chang are Scum and went for Joyrock. Or am I misremembering who was on that lynch? On mobile and very tired and I cannot bring myself to trawl through the topics.

If my memory of D1 votals are correct and Cody is Scum then Chang and Crescent are probably not paired because that's a lot of bussing. And so I am likely either wrong on my Plum lean or someone else. Ugh.

Hi Sheep.

Ulti is 99.9% scum at this point (0.1% he's Town lying about his role and doomed us all) and I used up all my brainpower last night on that.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but nothing ever corrected him claiming Scum used one item on Night 2 (the roleblock on Wallz) yet still saying Lea was Scum. That still makes no sense.

He's also lying about me being Scum. SBell tracked me night 1 going nowhere. I Tracked Lea going to MZero night 2 (which Lea confirmed). If my role worked as Ulti described it, I passed up grabbing a gun for a 1-shot track.

Ulti aside, I've been skimming along today, I need to do a deeper dive into who else I suspect because at this point I don't think we can afford one mislynch the rest of the way. Lea and Ulti were my two strongest reads yesterday, I honestly thought Ulti was throwing Lea under the bus and they were both scum.

I think Scum's plan A here was to have Ulti go hard on me to try and get the mislynch for the win. Even if that failed, they'd just lose a very sus looking Ulti and Town still doesn't have much wiggle room afterwards.

Part of the Joyrock Day 1 Vote gang, I felt the best with him yesterday out of those 3. Also owns a Goldeen.

Was there to hop on and off me Day 2 when I revealed. Very quick to jump on Ulti's claim today.

Numerical Psychic, off in his own world where no one has interacted with him except a generous Goldeen giver.

Based on a reread of today, I would say he is Town. He's put pressure on Ulti who I believe with all my heart is Scum. If his previous days are making him look worse, I would have to go back and reread. When was that Wallz post from?

This is the most confident I've felt yet in a game of mafia, because I've never been more confident on a read. Ulti is 100% sure I a scum, but I am Town so he is wrong. Given this could be the last day if we lynch Town, his confidence has to be a strategy to get me mislynched for a Scum victory.

My confidence wavers significantly when it comes to naming anyone else at the moment, but I'm still reading and formulating my thoughts.

These two posts don't mesh very well

Also again on the one in a million chance Ulti is still lying about his role but Town as Corrik believes, I've been trying to open a dialogue, but Ulti has not backed down on his claim today.

Why do you feel best about chang over the other two joyrock voters?

I will say I wont look favorably on you if you go with 'idk but ulti scum'

One thing upon re read is town was overall very charitable to joyrock. I will look into Cody's progressions to see if I can find very towny thoughts or not

the way i see it, there are three scenarios here and we need to pick one:

A) Ulti is lying (intentionally), Cody is telling the truth -> Lynch Ulti

This is because Ulti can't keep his claim straight and scum rolecopped Cody at some point to know that his role has 'special priority'. Ulti made up the special flag item / resurrect role as an attempt to frame Cody.

B) Ulti is telling the truth (or genuinely believes he is), Cody is lying. -> Lynch Cody

This is because Ulti is just a lil confused at his complicated role and even though everything makes sense to him, he leaves out steps when explaining shit and it doesn't make any sense to anyone else. Cody is Scum Backup, special priority via the special flag item / resurrect role. He may have just used a tracker item n2 to follow lea and used that opportunity to mislynch her.

C) Ulti and Cody are both telling the truth -> Lynch somebody else entirely

Cody is Town Backup, Ulti is confused about his role and can't explain his thoughts correctly. Scum has a Special Flag item / Resurrect that ulti actually saw last night, but it isn't linked to cody at all. and we just lynch whoever is scummiest irrespective of this whole situation

And I have no problem eating a mislynch if it means scum just outs themselves by killing uncountered protection to do it.

I will absolutely never be active on day one ever again. Lesson learned.
