the premise also seems kinda interesting:

Five years after the Civil War, freedwoman and former Buffalo Soldier Moses Mo Washington travels west to lay claim on a gold mine disguised as a man after her stagecoach is ambushed by a group of murderous thieves. Mo is forced to hold legendary outlaw Tommy Walsh captive while the remaining surviving passengers seek out help.

Rule if you are going to suggest I wrong while using a gendered and racial slur. You should at least not lie about my stance. Beyond that. I have cited a number of African American actors who literally say that there is a struggle for African Americans to get roles. Everyone from Spike Lee to the Sam Jackson have spoken about this. You say it is the same issues. I have giving award winning African Americans who say that it is not.

Tbh this kinda seems like American and British black actors fighting over roles.

It's a bit of a nuanced argument though yeah.

I mean, if a British actor is the best actor to play Dr. King, let him.

At some point, there has to be a cutoff point for "x shouldn't be allowed to play y." We have people getting mad at heterosexual actors playing LGBTQ characters (when the inverse often happens). We have people getting mad at gentiles playing Jews (when the inverse also happens). Now we're getting mad at Brits playing Americans?

Why not just cut to the chase and say that acting itself is robbing someone of an identity? Why not replace it with selfing? Play a character of the same nationality, religion, sex, orientation, political affiliation, and creed or else you're stepping on someone's identity. No gaining or losing weight to play roles or using selective camera angles to modify one's height either.

I can add that TC is posting in good faith because I continuously see him posts trailers to shows/movies that interest him. I got into a couple of them myself because of his topics.
