When you find yourself asking "how will they enforce this" realize what they are willing to do in order to make sure it's enforced.

They are relying on citizens to enforce this. There will be harassment, accusations, attacks. People will die and it will be at the hands of other citizens looking to enforce this law.

There's going to be so many false alarms because bigots are going to call cops on women who have even the slightest of masculine facial features or who have very slender/athletic bodies.

Kansas passed one recently as well, the kicker is that the bill defines a woman as someone that possesses ovaries and/or produces eggs. I have a friend that got a hysterectomy yesterday, when the law goes into effect I guess she just has to use the mensroom...

It defines woman as an adult human female. It defines female as:

a "female" is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova, and a "male" is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of a female;

So, by the definitions of the law, your friend is still a woman even after a hysterectomy.

Trans people on Florida should arm uo and continue to use the bathroom they like.

So according to Florida this guy should wear a dress and continue to go into womens bathrooms:

Stand your ground laws are just and right, who the fuck thinks being forced to flee when attacked is a good thing or you are punished ?!

Defending yourself should NOT mean you get punished because you did not retreat or flee, no state should support that duty to retreat bullshit.
