Kansas passed one recently as well, the kicker is that the bill defines a woman as someone that possesses ovaries and/or produces eggs. I have a friend that got a hysterectomy yesterday, when the law goes into effect I guess she just has to use the mensroom...

It defines woman as an adult human female. It defines female as:

a "female" is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova, and a "male" is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of a female;

So, by the definitions of the law, your friend is still a woman even after a hysterectomy.
