Oh she's on one of the light cones. One of my favorite designs, though I haven't been super impressed so far.

Topaz is an absolute must for me. I dont care what she does her design is great. Honestly after Kafka I might just play the long wait for Topaz

SU6 beated on my 2nd attempt. Thought I was dead for sure when Dan Heng died in phase 2 after some shenanigans involving like 5 turns in a row, but Fire MC and Natasha were still barely able to keep Himeko alive through the rest of the fight with a bit of luck, and she was the more important one for the aoe damage.

My first attempt I tried the March 7 cheese strats again only to discover that the boss was effectively (or completely?) immune to freeze and got destroyed.

Have finally come to terms that Bronya is not contributing to Wind Weakness. She's a great unit but 90% of her turns are her skill.

Time to beef up Dan Heng.

Just got Sampo from the refreshed shop to maybe eventually help me with this same problem. Don't really have the spare change to build him right now, though...

All Equilibrium 4 SUs down. Last one was World 5, did it with Sushang!E2 / Bronya / Pela!E3 / Nat!E2, all at level 60 not ascended and Hunt blessings. I imagine that's what having Seele feels like.

Having seele is great until boss fights. I have her beefed up enough though she's still my highest DPS in those too but she really shines in mob encounters

I don't know what you mean, she's primarily single target and her mob combo ability just lets her also be solid for AOE. It's not as flashy but her single target DPS is still insane and her consistent buffs are less finicky than someone like Dan Heng (rip me don't have Bronya or Tingyun)

Huh I randomly got Clara's light cone from standard banner...except I already bought the 5* Destruction cone from Herta's shop, and the only Destruction character I have built is PMC, so I don't really know what to do with this...

God I need an event to drop or something, not just for something else to do but I desperately need a credit/exp injection, grinding this shit is BAD

TB40 to 50 seems like a trap to trick into spending fuel or gems. There's plenty of content from 30 to 40, and tons of stuff after 50, but when you hit 40-50 there's only a handful of new things you can realistically beat at the 60 cap, and your really expected to just farm materials and TB level for that whole chunk of time.

It really is, TB30-40 was more manageable than I was expecting but I ranked through it quicker than I thought. But now it feels like I'm constantly behind. I'd recommend holding off. The drop rate improved but not enough to offset resource expenditure? I think relics are better but I haven't really had a chance to start grinding those much.

The one upside is that with level 70 DPS characters I was able to very easily polish off all 45 stars in the first mirror and unlock the resetting one, but you can probably do that with 60s and smarter team comps than I have access to. There's not really a lot of content beyond that, just the SUs with better artifact drops but you already have access to all the 5-star drops at the previous tier.

I did burn a lot of fuel though, not too much reason not to anymore.

Oh there very much is, since spending gems on energy is limited to 5 times a day! You wanna save that fuel for the 2x resources periods to farm like hell.

I never spend gems on energy lol those things are precious

In genshin the double resource grind events were limited to x uses per day, if that's not true here then I guess I'm pretty owned

Just the higher tiers. When you unlock character levels to 60 you can do, like, 2 more SU stages, 3 at best, and a handful more mirror tiers. Level 70 characters, at least looking through the menus, are going to have farrrrr more to work with and achieve.

Ah I missed one of those puzzle cubes when I was making my rounds and completing it unlocked a second wave. I guess that's a decent chunk of gems for me. My Silver Wolf funds are practically non-existent

I just assumed I was living large for the time being, but it looks like I don't even have enough to guarantee Silver Wolf right now--I only have enough for something like 160 pulls. I suppose that's close enough that I should be able to make up the difference from dailies and such by the time the banner ends, but still.

That said I've never even heard of Nikke, and googling it it seems to have almost the same aesthetic as GF.....and Makima, so like, can't beat Makima I guess.

All i know about Nikke is its some game with massively military looking girls. Im not surprised to see it making money with the amount of skin it shows

You are really off-base in thinking that. It's actually quite the opposite for Girls' Frontline. It doesn't make much each month. Like last month it only made about $170K.

Statistically speaking, 160 is what people tend to aim for for a guarantee. It's like 99% sure at that point or something. You have to be astronomically unlucky to hit 90 pity, to the point where I'm not sure it even actually happens.

I played Nikke for a month. It's literally just not-veiled-at-all ass worship. Girls post up in front of you, you make them shoot guns, and their butt jiggles for you. The animations are well done, it has stellar music, and surprisingly good voice acting, though!

Nikke making that much is amazing. Being unabashedly horny is good for money, I guess

These are never quite accurate but if you want a rough estimate of how many pulls to expect in a patch they're usually ok. Just subtract like 5-10 pulls because no one is ever getting full value (especially Memory of Chaos lol)

Not bad, that's a lot of jade. Sounds like I'll definitely get a 50/50 shot for SW given that I'm at 30 pulls already. I'm prepared to drop some money if I lose that 50/50. I don't really want any of Luocha/Kafka/Blade much, and I do think I'll keep playing this for a bit.

Doing dailies in this game isn't the most exciting but I guess that's just the gacha life. Crestoria wasn't too different. It only feels different to me because this feels so much more like a 'real' game, lol

They aren't the most exciting but I appreciate how little time and effort they take to do. 15 minutes a day to finish my daily quests and use Trailblazer energy and then I'm done and can do something else. Probably another hour out of my week in order to cap Simulated Universe and Echo of War. Granted I've accepted from the beginning that this the kind of game that will periodically bring out further content that I can return to as and when it comes out. It earned enough credit in the bank from launch that I can see myself sticking with it for at least the medium term.

Will be hitting 50 tomorrow. Good timing!

I've been doing nothing but running Silver Wolf materials. Saving my Echoes until I know what she needs. Hopefully it's not materials from the new boss!
