The 2nd one is more visually interesting without being as crowded as the 3rd one.

The RG Zeta is considered one of the worst

But if a challenge is what you're looking for...

i'm fully aware

zeta still is one of the best looking gundams tho so i still bought it

and also because nu and hi-nu rg are so damn expensive still

I've had bad luck with HLJ

Most of the stuff I got online was from Newtype or USAGundamStore

If you do the RG Zeta, look into modding the neck joint. He looks kinda stumpy oob

honestly if i do build it, i would be satisfied with it just being able to stand

Get one that isn't fucking red blue and white. So boring.

The Freedom is probably the most lasery of all the gundams... which makes it strong, but kinda boring (JUST LIKE SEEEEEED, HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE)

Aeriel and Zeta are better looking designs in my opinion.

it cant stand up to the weight of the shoulders, even without the main backpack

not sure how to pose this guy because the weakness is the waist, so the issue will persist even on a stand

You could try to thicken the waist joint which could give it more support

i hated needing to do that to even make the one ibo kit i did just stay together in general

the joints in the entire ibo line are just the pits

Or sometimes a tiny dab of sticky tack if you don't want to make a real modification

Going by what I can get from the Wiki, I guess Age did the same thing as G-Witch, having a separate designer for each faction, with the Vagan faction going for a "not quite Gundam"-look?

Yeah I'm kind of a sucker for "unique" designs... Maybe "unconventional" is a better word

This one is a more recent HG but it doesn't have the Batman wings

the wings are what makes it cool unfortunately

if i was gonna spend that tho, i'd prolly get the rg nu or hi nu

i used to really hate the nu, and i dunno why because i really like it now

Different versions/designs. Deathscythe is probably the one Wing Unit I prefer the original TV designs for.

the one without wings is the first version and got destroyed by trowa

the one with wings is deathscythe hell, and duo stole it from lunar base, who was trying to remake original deathscythe for...some reason. i don't know, never watched the show so i don't know how they made it make sense.

anyways, in endless waltz the wing design changed to the generic traditional bat wing look instead of the weird batman look it had prior

there's ways to reinforce it without compromising on integrity or looks as much, but yeah it looks fairly flimsy

speaking of eg nu, man is it really damn good. it's like marginally better than hg tier for some reason despite being hella simple

i should see if i can't get the hg finstack from somewhere since the rg and mg ones don't fit on it

My friend has the EG America First Gundam lol it is very impressive how much you get out of so few pieces

I prefer the TV show designs of Deathscythe and Hell, over the EW/Katoki redesigns.

the wrists on this is absolutely awful, you want to take a hand off and it explodes because those pieces are just shittily floating

i don't know if i cut something i wasn't supposed to on accident or what, but it's shit and i can't even really glue or tack it because they need to move
