It's possible that he may make a limited return a few years from now like what Edge, Bryan and Paige did, but yeah I don't want to see him paralyzed or worse so he's better off calling it a career given his current condition. Maybe he can transition into a commentary or personality role (or perhaps a ringside role with the New Day).

Also, sounds like Bobby Roode is effectively done, too. Might be moving to a producer role backstage.

My only bugbear was the use of the steps. Cody clearly exposed the turnbuckle accidentally so that's fine, but just straight up grabbing the stairs and ploughing Lesnar with them in a normal match that had DQ is dumb. Especially since 2 minutes later there was a rope break. Bothered me and I thought it was unnecessary in an otherwise very good match

LA Knight finally gets his first big moment

I like how Graves just let Cole sit in silence after his terrible Bob Seiger pun after LA Knights win

highlight of the nights for me were Cody/Brock 3 and LA Knight getting the biggest pops and winning the battle royale

Io cashing in also good

and the ending to Finn/Freakin was fun

main event story shenanigans aside, it was a good match although you could tell Jey just doesn't have the experience as a singles competitor and Roman had to carry him for a lot of it.

watching reigns' matches are like taking fucking horse tranquilizers, i watched the last 8 minutes or so and it was junk

no offense to those who enjoy but good god the man does nothing for me

the ending of starks/punk on collision was weak as hell too tho so main event finishes were just strikeouts all around tonight

Finally finished watching the Tribal Combat today. Too tired last night.

Not the most surprising result if they wanted to continue to extend this out another 6 months. At the same time, the answer to why, which will likely not be great, is going to be on weekly shows Ive no interest in watching.

This is definitely going until Wrestlemania, at minimum. Looking at the next major shows ahead...
