From the looks of the texts it seems to imply she passed out frim something unrelated and that was the reason emergency services were called.

I don't think this helps him the way they think it does...

It's possible he is indeed innocent but this still sounds like a victims reasoning unfortunately.

They think this was a good thing to release? It was my fault I ended up in the hospital for trying to grab your phone? I really hope the video they say they have shows nothing major happened because thats not a good look

it was my fault for trying to grab your phone is also a thing someone might say if they tried to grab someones phone and accidentally got hit in the face while someone is trying to hold onto it. Im not saying thats what happened, I tend to err on the side of it being domestic abuse, but all this armchair psychology is really stupid.

Me too. The time I sat up from in between my partners legs (she was on the couch and I was on the ground while we watched a movie) and my head hit the bottom of her beer bottle. It hit her in the mouth. Completely an accident, and she wasnt even trying to grab anything from me. People are fragile.

When I was even younger I was pushing someone on a swing, they fell off, broke their fingers. Straight to the hospital. You seem to be thinking people arent fragile. A nose can get broken in a second, even by something like a phone being let go and going straight back into the nose of the person pulling on it. (As an example, not likely to be the case here.)

Now, again, Im not trying to deny domestic violence is common. I understand the fawning response exists. There just isnt remotely enough info in these couple texts to draw that conclusion, and pretending like its the only possible thing that could have happened is, at best, dumb. At worst its having decided on what you want to have happened and refusing to consider any other possibility.

And the fact that she admits they had a fight and that the injuries were severe enough for the police to be called?

That's one hell of a slip. Must slipped several times. Figure after the first few slips he would have just given her the phone.

You are making a lot of assumptions about events, assumptions that arent backed up by what weve actually been told. Starting to feel like youve got an agenda.

As far as Ive heard, and the texts seem to back this up, Majors made the call himself, and was arrested due to the nature of the call. Also injuries dont have to be severe enough for the police to be called. Youre just throwing out weird assertions about reality to back up what youve already decided happened even though nobody has enough evidence to determine that.
