And dead things rot. They also are cold-blooded, as in they do not generate their own internal body heat.

So if you go someplace tropical, the zombies will decompose within days. Or if you go someplace that regularly gets below the freezing point of water, you have a lot of zombiescles to smash.

Also if you go into a desert, the zombies will dry out into a dissicated corpse in a day or two.

Just because the author of those books doesn't know what words mean... is no reason to forget what words mean.

The zombies in Zombie Survival Guide/World War Z do fit that definition though. Except for maybe the mythological part. I mean there's no doubt he took a lot of creative liberties regarding the actual scientific parts of it all though.

Yes.

It's already been mentioned by another person or two but the movie is WAY worse than the book. The movie itself isn't a terrible zombie movie if it wasn't called World War Z.

There is an unabridged audio that is something like 12 hours. If you have Audible use a credit on it. If you don't, it might be worth signing up for a trial and getting the free book and then cancelling.

One of the worst zombie movies I've ever seen. Never understood why some people liked it so much. Books weren't that much better either
