But not all cismen or ciswomen understand their gender the same way either. You dont need to specify further. Non-binary is a sufficient umbrella term just like girl or boy. So Im not persuaded. To assume that non binary folk just need further categorizing is just saying were more special. Which is my initial point.

Yes I can. And yes people in general can. I dunno what life you lived. In the real world, how you express yourself will be judged and that wont change. Not to mention things like this can influence things. So while it may not harm, it does influence lives outside of the individual.

They/them already accounts for pronouns relating to non-binary. Any other pronouns are redundant. Additional pronouns do nothing to explain more characteristics.

I'm gonna leave that up there ^ as I acknowledge looking like a douche. I've always been under the impression that the word "discriminate" can refer to things like choosing peanut butter with certain ingredients you like, but looking further, it seems every dictionary source lists acting on prejudice as the first definition, so I'll take that big shitty L on this one.

It's not that companies normalizing this will create more conflict, it's that the normalization and adoption of neo pronouns would just put you on the losing side of the conflict

You meet three people. Their names are Kris, Khris, and Chriss.

They all pronounce it the way you would pronounce "Chris".

When you are asked to write their names down, do you just write "Chris" three times because that's how YOU think they should spell it, or do you show them just the slightest bit of respect and spell their names correctly despite the spellings being redundant?

Treat pronouns like that. Call people what "they" want to be called.
