Sultan, a first post miller claim violates my personal ethics, and if you still can't understand that then we don't have anything to discuss.

Sultan, that post looks terrible. The timing is terrible. Accusing Crescent right now is terrible. Thinking a vote on Chris looks awful is terrible. Throwing out third-party accusations looks terrible. We got scum to worry about, and now I think that includes you.

It's probably as simple as Sultan is scum and is desperately trying to get town to lynch a non-scum instead of Sheep. So Sheep + Sultan could be a scum pair.

How is anyone not understanding what the fuck I am saying... you guys agree that Creasent being shot at isn't the only option out there and clearing JC so easily isn't the best idea.

That is all I am saying and Creasent is being unreasonable town is probably what it is and is kinda being anti town not looking at all the options on the table.

Like I said jc or sheep today is what I want you guys want Sheep I'm fine with that but clearing JC is not a great idea.

I thought you were confident in your read of JC.

Part of why I'm pondering things like that though is my PoE feels uncomfortably narrow right now.

Say it's as simple as Sheep and Isquen (who has probably done even less than MZero if we're being honest)... But almost everyone else in the game would have reasons to town read them at that point.

Basically though in Elden Ring we got to the point where we had one scum left and virtually everyone had a townclear of some sort and I'm wondering if we're going to end up in this direction this game aka figuring out who has the weakest or most convenient townclear and punching through it.

I don't expect to live very long so it's expediting my process of overthinking things.

A lot of the things contributing to it are circumstantial. I think I was shot at last night. I think Sheep slipped.

Either one of those gives a circumstantial reason to town read him that isn't based on his own merit. It's hard to swallow Sheep actually doing that kind of thing in purpose.

Exactly, when youre town its important to read everything the person you replaced said to ensure total consistency wrt your role

I just remembered something inconsistent and it bugs me a bit.

Sultan seemed to be perfectly fine previously accepting I wouldn't early claim miller and that I needled Sheep to see if I could get a miller claim out of him so I could counter, then he goes full reset and attacks me for it again just because I don't think JC is the best lynch today over Sheep.

Like I am trying to make sense of how this tracks.

I mean, Sultan's inconsistencies was also what made me vote him day 1.

Hello all. I'm so sorry for not being around last night. I got swept up in something with a group of friends and it was 2AM by the next time I blinked my eyes. I've caught up again though this morning.

For the record I don't 100% buy Ulti's claim. There's no way I want to test him today with no counterclaim on the field, but Fishing Ulti could just be out here trying to get that counterclaim after scum got potentially blocked last night if we are to believe Ctes.

Ulti, your PoE feels like it's missing some people. BCT and Wallz to name a couple right off the bat. I personally think BCT is scum leaning, and Wallmasterz is town leaning, but there is a clear flaw in your PoE there where it seems you've "cleared" too many people haphazardly.

I'm gonna be honest, if I didn't have the Chris/Sultan interaction that is screaming at me that Sultan is town, I would probably be pushing for Sultan at the moment. The way he's voted and acted this game seems very different. My impression of Sultan before was that he would find one person he doesn't like and tunnel. And while he has made some oopsie mistakes before like responding to a same post multiple times, I feel like he usually does find good reasons to stick on someone. This game he's throwing out votes every which direction on flimsy often mistaken reasoning. Chris did antagonize Sultan early in the game about how he was playing, but is that enough to explain the difference? My brain tells me Sultan is likely town, but my gut says, "yo chris was bussin' bussin' fo real no kap."

I think the pressure on JC and Sheep is both good, and I could easily see scum in there. My PoE pretty much comes down to JC/Sheep/BCT/Isquen/Sultan/Wallmasterz/Ulti/Ctes, roughly in that order, with a pretty hard cutoff before Sultan where I wouldn't want to lynch behind that line at the present moment. But this is just example of how much PoE work is still to be done in this game. If I'm being as liberal as Ulti is with his PoE, it's probably just those first four.

Sometimes I wonder why I continue to play on her almost every game is the same thing from you people.

I'm a critical thinker and like to think of every angle and that helps me solve the game. I do it in litterally every game I go back and look at things I rethink things.
I'm sick and tired of being looked at like I'm an idiot sometimes.
I know I don't convey my thoughts the greatest. But I litterally fo this every single game how do people still not understand this. I feel like a few do but it's getting a bit old.

I know I haven't played with you quite as much Sultan. So I know it's frustrating to hear people attribute things to your play, especially when it's someone like me with not a lot of experience. But I really do think you look quite a bit different than the last two games. It's just trying to determine if that's game variation difference, scum difference, or concussion difference!

I'm sorry if I'm over reacting. I think I just need to step away a bit and refresh.

Maybe go back and iso Sheep beacuse I feel that's the best avenue today.

The Jc iso was helpful I think the sheep one would he good to.

He hasn't done a damn thing to actually warrant any kind of strong town read, but his claim was so botched I was already leaning town a bit for no good reason in particular. The current game state leads me to believe that Occam's Razor says he is town.

Start of game self-consciousness.
Has only very sparsely engaged in the game, and almost 90% only in response to their own name being brought up.
Ulti hard scummoned them at the end of the day and they made references back to when I had talked about them half a day previously, as if they had it in their notes but hadn't bothered actually posting yet. Looks like active lurking to me.
Makes justification about not being a good scan target, then self reports shortly after that the last time they were defensive about being scanned, it was because they were scum.

I also have one more thing but I feel like I should go find the specific post to quote for proof. Their original answer to my Chris question was pure Chris-fear and admitting to not engaging with Chris at all. Then later on they made a "Correction" post with a more measured answer, that felt like they were trying to fix their previous bad post. I wondered at that time if someone on scum board told them it was a bad answer, and they felt like they had to fix it. But I will admit that one is just a crackpot theory, and not actually naturally scummy.

The ONLY thing they have in their favor is voting Chris at the very last second, even though their vote wasn't actually impactful, but I guess it could have been if there were other last second votes. Ulti seems willing to completely town clear everyone on the Chris lynch, but if scum said it was okay to bus Chris there at the end, then if ANY of the votes on that lynch are suspect, it's that very last second addition from BCT. I'm not willing to completely remove them from suspicion just based on that vote.

Why would he have Chrisfear if he was scum with Chris?

There's also BCT going after Wallmasterz, but I'd have to reanalyze that to really give an alignment indication on their argument there.

It doesn't mean they had actual Chrisfear. It means when asked about an opinion on Chris, they gave a justification on why they were refusing to give an opinion on Chris.
If they were scum together, this could be seen as a way to not talk about a scummate to not connect themselves together.

I can agree with that about priority Ulti. And I hadn't considered that about Wallmasterz response to the cop thing, so thank you for that insight.

Wall has had only one progression today I did not like, but it was pretty bad.

Jumping on Ulti based on my player meta of him and immediately assuming it's accurate, and almost immediately nudging me for not jumping on him myself when all I was really stating was paranoia.
