You're still putting your full weight on the toilet, so people with limited mobility don't have to worry about supporting themselves in a squatting position. If their hips are bad enough that it's uncomfortable to have their knees up that high, it could still be a problem, but in general it's not something that demands that much mobility. --- This is my signature.
