We're back.

Field of 60 this year, probably a field of 50 next year.

Nomination Rules:

-You can nominate up to 4 shows, with 2 double noms
-Bold your double noms or they won't count
-40 shows with the most nominations will be entered into the contest
-Feature films are not allowed, films that are part of a series will just count alongside the show (Ex: Kizumonogatari or DBZ movies get integrated into Monogatari and DBZ)
-OVA series (ex: LotGH or 08th MS Team) are allowed, as are established film series like the Kara no Kyoukai series
-If I don't think a show should be in the contest for any particular reason, I'll remove it from the nom list.
-Make it clear which show you are nominating, there are many YGO/Digimon series and other shows have been remade.
-The top 20 shows from last contest are automatically entered.
-Next year even if it's only 50 series, the top 20 shows still qualify, bottom 10 shows get booted from next year's contest.
-Nominations period ends around Sunday night (GMT)
-For the last few spots, if there are ties, I will eliminate some using random.org.

I suck at predicting what will do well year in year out.
Looks like when last year ended I thought Spy x Family and Chainsaw Man could do well among new series.
After what we got out of CSM, I'm no longer confident on that pick!

I have not watched much recently, and even less new stuff I liked (Spy x Family and Odd Taxi is about all in the past year and they were both... fine). Might still nominate Hibike, Hyouka and Tatami, but can't guarantee being round to ensure things get through and don't wanna pressure people into feeling obligated to save their secondary priorities.

Got a feeling Bocchi can perform to Kaguya ish levels.

The struggle to 60 has me thinking about all those years with 100 nominees, ah...

My only regret is not nominating in Xenosaga: The Animation. Just need to round up all the Xenosaga fans for that one (which is just stingers and I, it feels like, lol)
