OG white 20GB 360. The one prone to ROD. Somehow never failed.

Upgraded to GoW themed 360 a few years later.

Launch Xone w/Kinect.

Sold it later and upgraded to the GoW themed X1X.

Havent purchased a Series yet. I will, though.

I just realized how many jokes you can crack with "I have had one Xbox/ Xbox One".

I had a 360 back in 2006/ 2007. Started with Gears of War and Dead Rising. Amazing experience. My girlfriend has the series S nowadays, while I moved to PS5 + Switch + Game Pass.

I had the OG and the 360. I thought the OG was worse than my PS2 but liked the 360 more than my PS3.

The OG xbox (I friggin' loved this thing. It was by far my second most played console of it's generation, with PS2 being ahead of it. The ethernet-only requirement for online console gaming was seriously great for 2001 to 2005 and drastically cut down on the lag brought in by 56K dial-up users. It also tended to have the best versions of 3rd party games. Return to castle wolfenstein for example had 16 player online multiplayer and a two player co-op campaign mode. The PS2 version in comparison was garbage and was just a single player game. Ripping songs off of burned CDs and making your own custom soundtracks for games that supported the music feature was also great).

The xbox 360, which was actually my "main" console for the vast majority of it's generation before I started playing the PS3 more in early 2012. The xbox one s is the xbox that I kind of regret buying to be honest. Since I was still a huge gears of war fan at the time, I wanted to get in on gears of war 4 when it released so I bought that gears of war 4 special edition xbox one s, and the other two games that motivated me to get a xbone was scalebound and cuphead.......scalebound ended up being cancelled, and cuphead got ported to every other console like a year later. I also did not care for neither gears 4 or 5 nowhere near as much as gears 3, =/

Man, this has me reminiscing now. I may need to dig the OG out of the closet tonight and fire up some X-men Legends, or maybe the first Fable.

Xbox One is the only one I've ever owned. And it was because this cute gamer girl from Tinder decided she was going to buy the new model and gave me her old one so we could play together. All because she was at my place and saw my Kingdom Hearts and told me how it was her favorite game as a kid but she didn't get to finish it since she had to sell her games to help out with family bills. Decided to let her have my slim PS2 on the spot along with the game. She refused at first, but I insisted since I literally had 2 slim PS2s right there and didn't play either of them. I'll never forgive myself for not pursuing her like I should have lol. She was a really cool girl and a hardcore gamer. Plus she was really cute. She even managed to beat one of the end levels of Super Meat Boy that even I couldn't beat.

Several 360s, had a OneX for like two weeks and traded it after I played the games I wanted.

Like physically? Quite a few.

Generationally? Three.

3 360s. And was replace then updated to the black one. I honestly can't remember if I had the first Xbox.

@spurner You should dig it out regardless. The OG Xbox had an issue where the capacitor on the motherboard that keeps the clock time was cheap and faulty. They will leak and the juice will eat through the motherboard killing the console. Look up some info on if your xbox is affected(all variations except the last one are affected). If so, then you need to open it up and wiggle that cap until it pops off the motherboard. Then get some 91% alcohol and clean the area.

Two; Xbox and 360. They were mostly to play bethesda games. I also played Halo, but only at friends houses, I never owned it.

og 360 only tons of problems and rrod a few times and was very loud but alright console

Xbone S and now a Series S.

Though my main drivers for getting them over a PS4/5 was entirely being a fair bit cheaper at the time.

2 360s, original RROD then got the black 360 slim. 2 white Xbox one S. Last one bugged out somehow and refused to work past the power up screen, current one is holding on.

It's honestly amazing that the RROD didn't sink the 360. Such a ridiculous design flaw, but the damn thing had such a good library of games.

I've only owned the Xbox 360, because that's the only one that has RPGs that you can't get on other platforms. *Looks at Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Magna Carta 2*

none, but I have a Windows PC, which is basically an XBox but with more options

Didnt buy either myself or use them much though, those were my dads systems to play Halo & CoD on. I mean I was allowed to play them whenever he wasnt using them, but the games didnt really interest me (tbh I regret not getting into the cool Japanese shit on those systems like the OGs huge lineup of Sega games (had HotD3 at least), the 360s shmups + Mistwalker titles, etc.)
