Force yourself to go for an hour a day, three days a week April: join a lifting gym, and force yourself to go three times a week on your days off from BJJ May: start forcing yourself to go to one bar for one hour, every weekend. You have to stay the full hour. June: start doing BJJ 5 days a week, including on your lifting days. Stay at the bars for 2 hours each weekend, and you have to talk to at least one stranger a night (doesn't have to be a girl). July: start attending industry events (meetups) of whatever interests you. Gaming, Comics, Tech, Film, Crypto, etc. August: force yourself to talk to, and start trading personal info w/ the people you are talking to at these bars on the weekend. You need to trade at least one Facebook/Phone Number/Insta each time -- doesn't have to be a girl. September: start lifting 5x week as well. Start applying that same "bar ultimatum" to your local industry events, and trading contact info with at least one person there.
