Dio 02/02/23 11:09:36 PM #1:	I work as an AP associate @ Walmart. I was involved in an accident at work. I attempted to stop a guy. He kicked me with steel toe boots in the knee. Got sent to the hospital. Guess what? My ambulance ride cost me $8k because it was "out of network". The hospital stay will cost me $30k. My insurance isn't playing ball. They aren't going to cover me for something they say "Is my fault". God, I love America. After extensive heated talks I got it "brought down" to $14k. But I can't say for sure since I work for the state, not Walmart and am unsure of their policies. But when I got hurt in an accident that was entirely my fault (hit my head standing up after getting a can of Monster out of the mini-fridge that was on the ground and had to get stitches), I went to the hospital and workers comp paid for everything since it was on the job.
