Thanks for the well wishes. Honestly, this outcome wasn't unexpected. They detected some stuff in utero, and I hoped he would be able to heal and grow from it. He unfortunately suffered a series of catastrophic setbacks, and it'll take nothing short of a miracle for him to recover now. I hate that I can't be with my sister, but she's using this weekend to be with her husband and three other children.
