This straight up is the worst deck I've made, and it's not even close

It looks fun at least lol. Is it just Synchro toolbox or is their a specific gameplan you're going for?

Ive prepped Odd-Eyes and Harpies for the event, currently on working on getting Phantom Knights playable since my ladder version was just Scythe/DPE degeneracy lol

The plan is that I summon things and hopefully I can summon stuff from the Extra Deck

But I can't read and I just tried... and... well I gotta make about 20 changes

Edit: Oh no, I haven't trained enough with Suships and my Utopia is gimped cause no Onomat.

BruhI just went on the worst losing streak ever. I know its late night but I havent played in a while. 5 straight lossesin silver 3. Meta everything with my opponents having every out at the exact time they needed it. I played Heroes, Branded Thunder Dragon, Branded Predaplants, and even Zoo.

It seems people want to just play solitaire these days? I had good boards but they were picked apart like they were nothing. Zero mistakes too. And played around cards perfectly.

Its really discouraging to be honest. Im not a bad player and I dont have bad decks but this is asinine.

Edit: Finally won with Heroes. Was a clean win too. I think the guy messed up big by summoning Borreload Savage Dragon with no links in the GY but I could have played around that.

I got the UR stardust dragon shiny from the anniversary pack :)

I got a Timestar Magician from my Shiny UR pack. Also didn't fare that well on the actual pulls from the Sprights pack, but my 30 Master Packs were decent enough, so... it evened out, I guess?

I got a royal Red Eyes Slash Dragon. Sad. Really hoping for one of the pendulum cards in royal, though I wouldnt say no to Stardust or Archfiend, as generic synchros are always nice.

Providence had it that I had enough UR material left over for Spright so fuck it. Went and built pure, Adventure, and Tri, gonna try and give them all a whirl. Tested a bit in solo and this shit really is bonkers

edit: the pack with Blaster has Dragon Nails (actually a good equip for Red-Eyes??) and that 1 dragon tuner that is Sage w/ Eyes of Blue riding a dragon that can be equipped from hand. Fortunate they are both Rs.

Really want to get the Stardust Dragon in one of the Annivesary Ticket Packs. First ticket I got Red Eyes which is cool too

The banlist for the event is actually kinda bonkers. No ghost girls, no Maxx C, no droplets or dark ruler, tons of blowout extra deck staples are gone, Imperm is limited. Even with a lot of archetype deck hits, this looks like it could be pretty low-powered event.

My trusty pends have Joker, Harmonizing Magician, Revolution Dragon, Duelist Alliance, and both Pendulumgraph cards all limited, along with Electrumite banned. But I think it'll still work fine.

Funny enough they went and limited Dissolver, too. Not sure why since you usually only run him at 1 and the only level 10 synchro to cheat out with Syncron is Baronne, whos banned.

3k from the 1st anniv bundle gets me...you guessed it, nothing.

Although it opened up several packs. Numeron is tempting because I want to get some tech cards from there, but I can just use SR CP.

I grind this guy down to have NO cards in his deck. He declares the winning attack, I battle fader, which effectively wins me to duel next turn since he gonna deck out. Except he scoops beforehand. LOL. He big mad

I drew the outs vs Mathmech. Spright is some straight up bullshit lol. Elf being a quick play Monster Reborn in an archetype that searches on summon is some custom card chicanery. >___>

Hit em with Ash, Veiler, Smashers, Called, and that rank 2 monster negate, then OTK'd the following turn because you can just summon whatever the hell you want with this deck.

Also having fun with Exosisters, who just fuck shit up if they're allowed to play. I banished some poor Fluffal player straight to the shadow realm. Banished two of their Toy Venders and both monster they got on the field lmao. Magnifica + Gibrine is OTK too, which is nice.

So I been deciding on what deck I wanna make, and I think Im gonna turn my Floo deck into the anti-spright anti-meta machine. If I go first, Robina is all I need. Ill have plenty of hand traps and going second cards to disrupt everything.

Also, I looked through the banlists for both events and all of my decks... unless I finish my Exosister deck on my side account by crafting the cards, it looks like I'll be playing good old reliable Kozmos in both events on both accounts.

I got REDMD for my royal rare, which is pretty much like top 5 in the entire list of obtainable one for me, so I'm pretty happy actually. It's a card I actually used IRL as well as in the game when I played Dragonmaid. I popped off for sure

But then my only 10 pull in Spright set sucked straight up nards so. And that's probably the first time somebody's used the word nards in a while

so I crafted a Exosister Mikalis ONLY to have her as a target for Winter Cherries AND I crafted a Royal Finish. Now thats the best middle finger to a Exosister deck. Look at my lit Mikalis, now you have none.

Did a bundle for a 30 pull on the new Spright pack. Got a Shiny Kluger, normal Neos, and one normal Giantic Spright. In 30 packs. It was straight wack. Had no URs in the first 10 pull so I had protection kick in for the second.

I feel like the pack is too big.

I got a Number 38 royal for my free Anni pack though. Its kinda useless. Give me Sunrise or Acesscode!

Yeah 4 URs for the Spright package is a bit harsh, but at least it's realistic compared to like Dinomorbia, which is a big RIP for whoever made it for it to be innstantly powercrept by laby

I resolved Maxx C on Swordsoul. I baited their trap with Stell and Ellis. Activate Pax to grab Martha...

...and yes-click my way to summon her via the spell's optional effect, screwing me out of my turn 1. (She summons her counterpart via her hand effect)

I deserve that loss, but it still feels shitty knowing that victory was just one slip of the finger away. >___>

I beat a Spright Runick. Got a few good moves in like banishing the fountain with Chengying, realizing I fucking took Baxia out of my list (added freaking 2 whole Baxias afterwards cuz he's good for this meta), which made me do a pretty wild move of making Borreload Savage Dragon, summoning O-Lion, and synching them into a Chengying again after he returned my previous one with wind-up cat. He had no battle phase, which meant my field was mostly safe.

Runick Spright has several weaknesses, so the point there was to never give up, pretty much

I can't stay in Gold with a good conscious if I want to play Exosisters. .____. Shitty waifu deck suddenly became oppressively rogue. Will probably stick around in Gold until I clear the festivals then grind to Plat 1.

Besides Exosisters, trying to get a Spright build going for the Xyz festival lol. Will play weird without Elf and other links, but I think it should be able to put up good boards, though it'll be more reliant on drawing its extenders probably.

Really debating what I should spend my last 60 UR on, since I probably won't be pulling more packs for a long while. Part of me just wants to blow them on Clearwing and Change of Heart for the associated nostalgia. Part of me thinks "Tornado Dragon and Cowboy for Exosisters". And another part of me says "Hold onto it in case you need to craft a spicy new anti-meta tech".

I missed the Exosisters fun because I didn't pull for any in the previous pack.

Nevermind I don't feel guilty anymore. Gold 2 and 1 are nothing but Runick so fuck em all lol

I find all the non-floodgate Runick variants pretty bearable. But man the Floodgate ones are just...

Almost done with my Cydra spright deck. Dumped the 3k gems on anniversary and got jack shit but UR dismantles so I figured id use the dust towards a pure spright one day.

Knightmare - Mekk-Knight pack is tempting.

I don't have Unicorn and Gryphon yet...
And Mekk-Sentai playstyle is unique.

Don't worry, satan can't tempt you with Yugioh. Ancient Egypt followed an entirely different religion. ;P

If you dont have Gold Daddy then it'll be worth pulling. But dont hunt the alt arts, seen too many horror stories of people dropping 10k gems and not getting them lol. More of a "nice if you get it, if not, oh well" kinda thing.

Mekk Knights Ive never played with, but they're fun to play against. I fell out of paper yugioh shortly after their release so to this day I never put my monsters and traps in the same column if I can help it lol

Got super lucky on my pulls for a second round of 30 Spright packs. Got myself a full Archtype! Devested all my Despia, I just dont like it at all. Now I gotta learn this rank 2 toolbox again. I did it once for paleo frogs back in the day (Hence my username) so I can do it again.

Also bit the bullet and crafted more of the ghost girls to have 2 Ogre and 2 Belle. It was time. Still have some UT floating too

Yeah the deck is fuckin wacky. Irritating going against too since you can just do your Live Twin/Runick/whatever plays and after your opponent uses all their resources stopping you you just slam down Starter/Blue and now you're playing a whole separate game.

Who ever said Master Duel didn't have a side deck? :P

Im going pure with fair amount of control. Im doing some testing with Mekk Knight Crusader but Im also kind of abusing Cat Shark as well. I can see why they preemptively banned Toad. It would be straight up disgusting. Worse than when DPE dropped.

I feel like I picked up the deck a lot quicker because I have history with Swap Frog and Ronintoadin. I have been waiting for Sprights and they havent disappointed.

And I was able to keep my hero deck together along with going back to a tried and true list. Im kinda bummed that Dark Law is banned in the Legacy tournament.

Yeah. It's just most aren't that appealing. Even Swordsouls which I am a fan of the looks of (perhaps because I got bullied often) because long (a noun, not adjective) dragon is kind of favorite of mine.

It is free to play. There is a crafting card system. Also has structure decks. And there is currency to pull packs too.
