When I first moved to WI apparently my car was on the news. They were doing a piece on the winter parking laws going into effect and showed my car, ticketed, sitting parked on the wrong side of the street. (I guess they do an even/odd thing there during certain dates) I eventually saw the ticket myself when I next got to my car and a neighbor nearby told me about the whole thing.
