I hover between 137 and 145. Used to be 230. Also, I think the average weight of a US make is 200-220. back up to about 210, ugh. i was holding steady at around 195-200 for a good while there. couldn't seem to get down any lighter than that no matter what i did though. and then i got the hernia and was unable to work out or anything for almost 6 months there, and so i started gaining again. --- It don't matter.
