all are quite easy picks today, though i do also enjoy aquarium. Titanic Monarch 1 is one of my favorite possible tracks that any set can possibly have ring up in this contest ("38th favorite piece of music of all time")

these weren't difficult decisions per se but they were all fairly close. everything today is pretty good. built to rule reminded me heavily of one of my favourite royalty free songs actually, and it's arguably better than it. naturally iron ox was my favourite today though, though it was close, and seconding the sentiments of also enjoying aquarium. peak kirby also appreciated, rrs' disco was legit, and i was even pretty into guacamelee this time too.

Match 2 isn't easy, both are decent though not my fav from their OSTs.
Enemy is also good but Inside A Game is on another level! I'm sad Rabbit didn't make the main bracket.

i am absolutely obsessed with how "breezy" bright invitation is. holy fuck the way his works tend to just effortlessly love along from one place to the next is fantastic. and those strings. ugh aquarium is also kind of a breezy track in it's own way, but it has a "louder" feel to me. the guitar solo reminds me just a little bit of sonic. feel bad voting against latale, but sigma harmonics is so aggressively my jam.

temple of rain is fun. i love the mixture of modern music and traditional in guacamelee's soundtrack. the backing vocals in this one are especially a treat. i really don't know what it is about sonic music having really really strong intros. my god this is just so fucking good. the fucking dial up sounds??? the beat?? man im so jazzed up about sonic mania today. really close match!

kirby boss music is so cool!!! especially more modern entries, like this one! gee, i sure hope you don't actually cook rabbits in radical rabbit stew, that would be bad. sorry, tangent. this one was also pretty fun!! (all of today's songs were pretty fun) this is another example of a song i rather like going up against a very "me" track.

Bright Invitation "Dance of the Iron Ox" is pretty good. Nice mix of strings with synths. It does end sooner than I'd like it though. Aquarium, on the other hand, was easily my favorite from the main LaTale set. Great production on this one and great melody. It's also on the shorter end, but it doesn't feel short, if that makes any sense.

Temple of Rain has good guitar and trumpets as per usual for this soundtrack. Built to Rule is ok, but it didn't really do anything that interested me. Pretty easy vote for Temple of Rain here.

Revenge of the Enemy didn't really interest me either. The 1 minute loop didn't help its cause either. Inside a Game is pretty cool on the other hand. Pretty neat production and mix on this one. Another easy vote here.

Weaker day today for sure, but there was some good stuff.

I generally enjoy whatever Sigma Harmonics gives me, but Aquarium is way too cool for me to ignore.
