Depends what games you play. If you play story games where the camera is still/fixed then it should be fine. But if you play action games where you have to turn the camera around a lot, in 30fps, the background becomes blurry when you turn the camera. Big difference once you're used to 60. I remember I switched to the resolution focused setting on a game, lowers to 30 fps in exchange for better graphics. Watching the character run looked so weird. All depends on the genre for me. Its not really that big a deal for a good turn based rpg, and even more so if the turn based rpg was designed/created around 30fps in the first place. (This is basically persona 5. All the fancy UI animations, the loading screens, the battle animations, all that was made with 30fps so it still looks really good). For action games like say from software stuff, devil may cry (luckily all of these is 60fps by default. I wouldn't mess with a 30fps devil may cry/the reason I skipped out on reboot DmC's initial 360/PS3 release) or monster hunter world? Yes, it does make a difference. Final fantasy 7 remake's native PS5 version in performance mode feels vastly better to play in comparison to the PS4 original. --- GTag:MadDogg730 PSN:lMadDogg NNID:xMadDoggx More peeps on gamefaqs need to try the indie game cyber shadow. Once you give 60 fps a try and you go back to 30, you'll feel the difference immediately. Like I just can't play spiderman and uncharted 4 on ps4 anymore. The blur when turning the camera and the sluggishness of the game kinda made me nauseous after playing 60fps on pc for so long. It's one those things that doesn't matter until you get use to it. And it doesn't make you a more sophisticated gamer, it makes you a more nitpicky and easily distracted gamer lol. Absolutely. Going directly from uncharted 3 to 4 on ps4 is EXTREMELY jarring for that reason.
